Yes. ElbDesk can run alongside your existing ERP - or be your ERP. For that it ships nine ERP modules: contacts & CRM, items & pricing, sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, controlling, workspace & collaboration, and HR. Whatever your business needs beyond that, we build in the same system.

Master data (contacts & CRM, items & pricing), operations (sales, purchasing, inventory), finance (accounting, controlling) and team (workspace & collaboration, HR). All modules run on the ElbDesk Core with its interface, permissions, tenants and custom fields. You will find each module’s features on the “Modules” page.

No. The HR module keeps employee records, absences with approval, skills and equipment. Payroll stays with your payroll software or your tax adviser.

Standard processes such as accounting or inventory management can later be handed over to other software; your processes in ElbDesk then talk to the new system through interfaces. If we run ElbDesk for you, data export and switching provider are possible without an additional switching fee, and a buyout is not a precondition. That is how section 32 of the terms of Asertion GmbH sets it out.

Yes. Sales issues e-invoices as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD/Factur-X, and purchasing imports incoming e-invoices. You set the format per customer, including the Leitweg-ID for public-sector clients.

ElbDesk Cloud is hosted in German data centers and meets high standards for data protection and GDPR compliance. Alternatively, ElbDesk can be operated on-premise in your own IT infrastructure. Hosting and infrastructure costs are billed as a separate item.

Because the foundation and the ERP modules are already in place, we start directly with what makes your business different. After initial joint workshops, you will receive a well-founded assessment of the effort, scope, and timeline for your project.
