Data export & switching

If we run ElbDesk for you, you can request a switch to another provider or to your own infrastructure. The standard export, the switching support and the deletion come without an additional switching fee.
- No additional switching fee
- No buyout required
- Switch generally within 30 days after the notice period
- Complete deletion, confirmed on request

The fee follows from your offer and stays unchanged for the contract period. Hosting and infrastructure are listed as a separate item.
- Twelve-month term, cancellable three months before it ends
- A new fee only with your consent - silence does not count
